What is the order process for these photo cards?
(only for #PCD, LSP & SCK product numbers)
1. Select your favorite design and fill out the order form thoroughly.
2. Please include any special requests in the Special Instructions box on the form.
4. You will receive an emailed proof within 1-3 business days to the email address provided on the order form. We will be happy to make any corrections or changes and send you a revised proof. Please allow 1 business day to receive a revised proof. Proof must be approved before photo cards are printed.
5. Photo cards will arrive 7-10 business days after your proof has been approved and sent to the printer. Many times your photo cards may arrive sooner depending on our work schedule.
What changes can I make to a photo card?
Pitter Patter Creations currently are not able to accept custom orders due to our production schedule. We will gladly make any minor changes such as wording and colors for a particular design. However, the overall design of the card and font style may not be changed. Our designers have selected font styles and graphics to best suit each design.
Would I be able to see my photos on a couple of your designs?
We would not be able to accomodate this request since we work with several different designers who have individualized photo cards and policies. Once we receive an order, the design may not be changed. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
How many proofs will I receive?
3 free proofs are included with every order. Additional proofs are $15 each. Please remember to review your order form carefully before placing the order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@pitterpattercreations.com.
How do I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders within 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel. Depending on where we are in the ordering process, you may or may not cancel the order.
If a proof has not been started yet, then you will receive a full refund. If a proof has been started, then there is a $15 cancellation fee for the designer's time. If the proof has been approved and sent to the printer, then we will not be able to cancel the order.
What is your turnaronnd?
Proofs are emailed within 1-3 business days after receiving all information and good quality photos. Invitations will arrive to you wthin 7-10 business days after the proof has been approved. Many times they may arrive sooner depending on our work schedule. We have no control over our shipping carriers; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow plenty of time before your event when placing orders.
May I use professional photos?
Yes, you may as long as the photographer or studio provides us with written releae form granting Pitter Patter Creations authorized use of the photos. We will need to receive this at the time of placing your order. The photographer or studio may fax the release form to 888-842-9575. An emailed release is not acceptable.
Should I edit or crop my photos?
We highly suggest you send the original unedited photos to us. Our designers will edit the photos according to your special requests. If you wish to send us an edited photo, then also please provide the original unedited version.
What file size do you accept?
What type of papers do you use?
Will the colors on the printed card be exactly as what I see on my monitor?
We try our best to accurately display the colors; however each monitor is calibrated differently. Therefore, the colors on the printed cards you receive may silghtly differ to what you see on the screen.
What if there is an error on the photo cards I receive?
If an error was made by Pitter Patter Creations, then we will reprint your cards and have them shipped out as soon as possible at no additional charge.
If it was a customer error, then any correction and reprints will be done at the customer's expense. This is the reason it is very important you check and double check your proof before approving it. We will be happy to offer you a 30% discount on your original price for reprints. Please note envelopes will not be included on the reprint orders.
I am not pleased with my photo cards. May I have a refund?
Since the photo cards are customized just for you and you approve a proof before printing, a refund will only be offered if there is an error on our part after the proofing process (when the card you receive is different than what you had approved). We may request you return the photo cards to us prior to issuing the refund. We will reimburse you for first class shipping on the returned photo cards. Please note returns are not accepted without prior authorization and a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #).
The following would not constitute as an error on Pitter Patter Creation's part:
1. Each monitor is calibrated differently and we cannot account for the colors shown on your monitor compared to ours. We do our best to accurately display the colors; however there may be a slight variation to the printed cards received.
2. The quality and color of the photos customers provide to us is only as good as what we have to work with and will result in the quality of the photos on the printed cards. Poor photo quality would not be considered as an error on our part. Please refer to our Photo Submission Guidelines for more information.
