Hours of OperationWe are open Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. Our website is open 24 hours/7 days a week for ordering. All phone calls and emails generally answered the same business day. We can be reached by email or phone at 1-888-842-9575. Emails would typically receive a quicker response.
Payments Accepted 
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely using the industry standard SSL encryption. If you choose to pay with Paypal, then you will be directed to Paypal's site where you will need to login to your Paypal account.
Sales Tax
If the shipping address is located in Maryland, then a 6% sales tax will be charged at time of checkout.
Shipping within the Continental United States Only
Your diaper cake will be handcrafted within 3-5 business days from the date we received your order and shipped either via UPS Ground or USPS. Delivery takes approximately 7-10 days. Each diaper cake must be shipped separately.
Other products on our site are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and shipping time frames vary. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery although most will arrive before that time frame. Manufacturers may use UPS, DHL, FedEX, USPS, or other carriers. Customized or monogrammed products will increase shipping time. If the manufacturer notifies Pitter Patter Creations that an item is temporarily out-of-stock, we will promptly notify you by e-mail. You can decide at that time if you would like a refund or purchase another item.
Since multiple items purchased in one order may come from different manufacturers, you will receive those items in more than one shipment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. The time frame listed is to provide a guideline only. UPS and USPS deliver only Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you need a rush order, please contact us with your specific needs before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A RUSH Fee and additional shipping charges may apply.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address. Failure to do so will delay your order.
Hospital Addresses
Due to the short length of stay, we cannot deliver to hospital addresses.
International Addresses
We regret that we are unable to accept and ship international orders at this time.
CancellationsIf you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within the same day the order was placed.
GiftsGift recipients may return gifts received for exchanges/store credit or a refund may be issued to the purchaser's credit card within 10 days of receiving the gift. We cannot issue a cash refund to the gift recipient. If you would like to receive a store credit, please provide your email address along with your returned item as this will be where your store credit information will be sent to. Please see Return Policy and Exemptions below for details.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to assist.

Most merchandise can be returned within 15 days of the day you received your order minus shipping costs and any promotional discounts.

Diaper Cakes, personalized products, custom made and final sale items are not returnable. Please see below at exemptions for more details.

Special Occasion apparel may only be returned after contacting Pitter Patter Creations within 24 hours of receiving item to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

If you received free shipping on your order, then that amount will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags and free of odor and pet hair.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless item being returned is due to damage.

All sale items are final sale.

Price adjustments are not given for previously purchased items.

If you receive merchandise as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit.

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned merchandise; however please allow up to two billing cycles for your account to be credited since each bank's policy may differ.

Some items may require to be sent directly to the manufacturer. Returns must be accompanied with a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number clearly written on packing slip or box.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with postage due. We suggest shipping insurance is purchased as Pitter Patter Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Exemptions to Return Policy
- Pitter Patter Creations Diaper Cakes - are custom made, therefore are not returnable. Our cakes are carefully packaged to avoid any shipping damages. However, should it arrive damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the gift. We will handle each on a case by case basis.
