SALES TAXIf the shipping address is located in Maryland, then a 6% sales tax will be charged at time of checkout.
DIAPER CAKES
Please note our diaper cakes have recently been discontinued. We may consider bringing them back at a later time.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or designer, and shipping time frames vary. Please check the individual product page as most will list availability and processing times. Manufacturers may use UPS, FedEX, USPS, or other carriers. Customized or personalized products will incur additional shipping time. If the manufacturer notifies Pitter Patter Creations that an item is temporarily out-of-stock, we will promptly notify you by e-mail. You can decide at that time if you would like a refund or purchase another item.
Since multiple items purchased in one order may come from different manufacturers, you will receive those items in more than one shipment. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. The time frame listed is to provide a guideline only. UPS and USPS deliver only Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. needs before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Failure to do so will delay your order. International AddressesWe regret that we are unable to accept and ship international orders at this time.
CANCELLATIONSPlease contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel it. If your order has not begun processing or proof has been provided, then you will receive your refund in full. If a proof has been created, then you will be refunded in full less the $15 proof design fee(regardless if you were or were not charged for that proof). If your order has begun processing or sent to the printers, then refunds cannot be given. GIFTS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to assist.
* Any Personalized items (also includes photo cards, invitations and personalized stationery) are not returnable. Please make sure names are correct before placing order. Please double check proofs before approving. Customers will be responsible for reprinting charges should an error was not detected during the proof approval process and before printing. If error was made by Pitter Patter Creations, then we will be responsible for reprinting charges.
