PAYMENTS ACCEPTED



We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely using the industry standard SSL encryption. If you choose to pay with PayPal, then you will be directed to PayPal's site where you will need to login to your PayPal account.

If the shipping address is located in Maryland, then a 6% sales tax will be charged at time of checkout.

Please note our diaper cakes have recently been discontinued. We may consider bringing them back at a later time.
 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY

 
 
Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or designer, and shipping time frames vary. Please check the individual product page as most will list availability and processing times. Manufacturers may use UPS, FedEX, USPS, or other carriers. Customized or personalized products will incur additional shipping time. If the manufacturer notifies Pitter Patter Creations that an item is temporarily out-of-stock, we will promptly notify you by e-mail. You can decide at that time if you would like a refund or purchase another item.

Since multiple items purchased in one order may come from different manufacturers, you will receive those items in more than one shipment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. The time frame listed is to provide a guideline only. UPS and USPS deliver only Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you need a rush order, please contact us with your specific
needs before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address. Failure to do so will delay your order.

International Addresses

We regret that we are unable to accept and ship international orders at this time.
 

CANCELLATIONS


Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel it. If your order has not begun processing or proof has been provided, then you will receive your refund in full. If a proof has been created, then you will be refunded in full less the $15 proof design fee(regardless if you were or were not charged for that proof). If your order has begun processing or sent to the printers, then refunds cannot be given.

GIFTS


Gift recipients may return gifts received for exchanges/store credit or a refund may be issued to the purchaser's credit card within 10 days of receiving the gift. We cannot issue a cash refund to the gift recipient. If you would like to receive a store credit, please provide your email address along with your returned item as this will be where your store credit information will be sent to. Please see Return Policy and Exemptions below for details.
 
 
RETURN POLICY

 
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to assist.
 
  • Merchandise that has not been personalized or customized for you may be returned within 15 days of the day you received your order minus shipping costs and any promotional discounts.
  • Personalized products, custom made and final sale items are not returnable. Please see below for more details.*
* Any Personalized items (also includes photo cards, invitations and personalized stationery) are not returnable. Please make sure names are correct before placing order. Please double check proofs before approving. Customers will be responsible for reprinting charges should an error was not detected during the proof approval process and before printing. If error was made by Pitter Patter Creations, then we will be responsible for reprinting charges.

* Any Sale items are not returnable.

* Any Custom made items are not returnable.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, then that amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags and free of odor and pet hair.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless item being returned is due to damage or an error on Pitter Patter Creations part.
  • Price adjustments are not given for previously purchased items.
  • If you receive merchandise as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit.
  • We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned merchandise; however please allow up to two billing cycles for your account to be credited since each bank's policy may differ.
  • Please contact Pitter Patter Creations at info@pitterpattercreations.com first for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number and instructions. Some items may require to be sent directly to the manufacturer. Returns must be accompanied with a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number clearly written on packing slip or box.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with postage due. We suggest shipping insurance is purchased as Pitter Patter Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Pitter Patter Creations has created this privacy statement to ensure our customers of our firm commitment to their privacy. We do not sell or exchange personal identifiable information with third parties.

When you purchase products from us, you provide us with personal identifiable information (ex. name, e-mail, address, credit card # and expiration date). We use this information for billing and fulfillment of orders. We will also use this information to contact you in the event of order processing difficulties and product updates. We respect your privacy and we offer the option not to receive product updates. We do use an outside credit card processing company (Propay and PayPal) to bill you for goods and services. All orders are safe and secure.
